Jaya Kuasa Sdn. Bhd., was founded by the company’s late founder YBhg Dato’ Jugra Setia DiRaja Tan Kok Hua whom incidentally founded Tan Kok Hua Construction Sdn Bhd a JKR Class A in the early 70's.

With both companies under the leadership of the late founder, having completed numerous mega prestigious projects over RM 8 billion which included hospitals, mosques, roads, highways, bridges, water treatment plants, reclamation projects, utility services with major civil and building structures.
